Jokic Declares Booing Fans 'Not Welcome' After Nuggets' Epic Comeback

Nikola Jokic stated that fans who booed the Denver Nuggets during their significant comeback win against the New Orleans Pelicans are "not welcome anymore." The Nuggets rallied from a 23-point deficit to secure a 141-135 overtime victory on Saturday night.

Jokic, who recorded his 199th career regular-season triple-double with 35 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists, expressed his disappointment with the crowd's reaction during the team's struggles. The sentiment was echoed by other reports, highlighting the fans' displeasure as the Nuggets trailed by a substantial margin against a Pelicans team considered one of the NBA's weaker contenders. Despite the halftime boos, the Nuggets, playing shorthanded, mounted an impressive comeback, with Jokic scoring eight crucial points in overtime to seal the win.
