Enes Kanter Freedom to Protest Transgender Athletes at WNBA Finals Game 3

Former NBA player Enes Kanter Freedom has announced his intention to attend Game 3 of the WNBA Finals at Atlanta's State Farm Arena. Freedom stated on social media that his attendance is part of his ongoing protest against the inclusion of transgender athletes in women's sports.

Freedom's planned presence at the WNBA Finals comes as the series shifts to Atlanta, with the Golden State Valkyries facing the Atlanta Dream. His protest specifically targets Valkyries player Gabby Williams, who is openly transgender. Freedom has been a vocal critic of policies allowing transgender women to compete in women's sports, arguing it disadvantages cisgender female athletes.
