Rams GM Declines Trade Offer for Coach McVay, Even for Five First-Round Picks

Los Angeles Rams General Manager Les Snead has stated that head coach Sean McVay is not available for trade, regardless of the compensation offered. Snead emphatically declared that even a package of five first-round draft picks would not be enough to pry McVay away from the team.

This strong endorsement highlights McVay's perceived value to the Rams organization. The coach has been a significant figure in the team's recent successes, and Snead's comments underscore the Rams' commitment to retaining him as their leader. The statement serves as a clear message to any potential suitors that McVay is considered indispensable.
